I always tell people that they don't necessarily have to buy a bigger
kettlebell to get a great workout. They can still use the one they have
in new ways. This is an upper body circuit using the kettlebell as an
unstable platform for upper body work. The circuit is:
5L/5R Partial
One-arm Pushups
10 Alt. KB Pushups
10 KB Pushups
:30 KB Plank
Go
through the sequence 3-4 times with a short break in between circuits
and your upper body will be squashed.
