No mirrors? Well, we have one in the bathroom. :)
I don't like having to look at myself all the time in the gym. I'm not that in love with how I look. Are you? Probably not. So why is every gym on the planet covered in mirrors? Our gym, Formosa Fitness, is not.
We want you to FEEL what's going on with your body. We want you to feel good, not just look good. Our clients don't go around posing in front of the mirrors. Don't you hate it when the 120lbs. geek in the tank top starts posing his puny muscles in the mirror? We do, too.
So if that annoys you, don't go there. Come see us instead. Then when you get results with us, you can go home and admire yourself in your own mirror. :)
