Many women shun the heavier weights, often for reasons I don't understand. Swinging a heavy kettlebell won't give you huge muscles. It WILL give you fantastic results. Heavy swings tone up the butt and legs like nothing else. Watch the clip above. These are some of my clients swinging the green 24kg kettlebell. Notice that they aren't huge and they can do it. So can you!
