I saw this show on TLC a couple of nights ago where a 650 lb guy lost close to 400 pounds NATURALLY without surgery. The first step in his weight lost was to just change his eating habits. Instead of starving himself breakfast and binging in lunch/dinner with late night snacks, the trainer had him change to eating 5 meals throughout the day. Doing this alone lost him roughly 20 lbs within the first couple of weeks!

I believe the first exercise that was introduced was simply sitting in a sofa couch and then trying to stand up and then sit back down. This was then modified by adding hand weight via buying drinking water jugs, then walking up/down steps. All things that could be done in the comfort of home ;)

Yeah, anything can happen. If you're training hard, you might develop the ability to press it before you think. I was obviously really surprised.

Training doesn't always go in a straight line. Sometimes we're making progress when we think we aren't. It requires us to have patience with ourselves, but that's hard for me. :)

Thanks!

Yes, I'm extremely unique in Taiwan already. A client did a search in English for "personal trainer" in Taiwan and got mainly two hits: me and the local globo-gym. I won. :) There isn't anyone in Taiwan doing what i do, especially at this level.

The IMA influence on the fitness is really hard to get across on the web. Most clients wouldn't understand it any way. They want results, they aren't usually so concerned with means. The difference becomes apparent when they come in and I start freeing up their tight shoulders and hips, as well as getting them in shape. Customers can tell the difference between me and globo-gym right away after that.

The website seems solid enough, nice layout etc.

Since you asked for comments, I would say that you haven't capitalised on your IMA background enough or your uniqueness in the market. This is of course my personal taste which doesn't mean alot to your target market.

But perhaps a bi-lingual personal trainer in Taiwan is unique enough?

Yeah, my hat's off to anyone that can teach IMA commercially with any integrity at all. Maybe people better than me can figure it out. :(
